element produces GMCtoday, a bi-monthly magazine, distributed to almost quarter of a million registered doctors.
Element creates attention-grabbing cover imagery using a combination of bespoke photography and illustration representing key feature articles.
element designers work closely with GMC editors, directors and contributors to present compelling and readable articles.
element works with the client from the early planning stages, handling all aspects of production of the magazine, from visuals, through to print of 235,000 copies, all to deadline-driven schedules.
Understanding the wide ranging audience – from med students, primary and secondary carers through to politicians and the public – as well as adequately representing the communication needs of the GMC – is key to delivering sophisticated and universally acceptable visual communication.
element is working with the GMC to continually produce, and keep up-to-date, a library of photographic images that is representative of both its registrants and the public they serve.
This cover was designed using images from the various photo shoots undertaken for the library.
