element produced this campaign aimed at children and teenagers to generate support and comment on an important children’s guidance initiative.

In support of the launch of the GMC’s core guidance, element designed and produced a poster detailing the general duties of a doctor to be distributed to every doctors surgery in the UK.

This project included a bespoke photo shoot, and typesetting and production of the posters in 8 languages including Bengali, Chinese and Welsh.

A campaign encouraging doctors to use their 7-digit registration code spanned direct mail, web delivery and inclusion in GMCtoday.

As with any corporate project, all items produced for the GMC are carefully considered to protect the integrity of the GMC brand, with careful use of fonts, colours and layout.

‘How to complain about a doctor - a guide for patients’ is a key publication in handling the GMC's primary issue. It includes a clear guide and complaints form for patients.

element handled the photography, design, layout and print for multiple versions for the 4 UK countries in different languages, and 2 sister publications for doctors and clinical governors.

A bespoke illustration formed the base for a very sensitive, yet absolutely crucial, issue of Withholding and withdrawing life-prolonging treatments.

A pocket guidance to the underlying principles was printed, and support material for consultancy seminars for developing the guidance was produced, including posters, printed and electronic invitations.
